This place suits me perfectly! With great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre, I have everything I need. The staff once helped me find a car service during my first stay! I'm coming back for Xmas.

I had very good days staying at this budget hotel. My triple room had modern conveniences, including a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a satellite TV. It was incredible, spotless bathroom, comfy bed.

No fridge in rooms, no complimentary bottled water in rooms, no hair driers in rooms, allocated double rooms initially instead of requested twin rooms, staff impersonal, charge for overnight car parking.

The gym offers decent workout equipment, though it's not the largest I've seen. The location's proximity to the train station makes it easy to hop on a ride for a quick getaway.
The room felt a bit cramped, and the bathroom could have used some TLC. I noticed loose paint shards around the tub. The lack of basic supplies like soap and toilet rolls caught me off guard, and the moisture-filled window created an uninviting vibe. I found the mattress was on the harder side, which didn't help with a good night's sleep. And the extraction vents buzzing throughout the night was a bit distracting. While the facilities have potential, some updates and attention to detail are definitely needed.

Quiet and clean
car parking is very difficult to negotiate, especially with the limited lock on my car

Roomy & comfy stay
OMG, we had the most massive room! It was super clean, and the cookies at check-in were delish! Breakfast was fab, wish they had more whole fruits though. Staff were friendly, but the breakfast table took forever to get. Def not a deal-breaker but something to look into.

The location was ideal for our needs, being 5 mins from our destination. We were very pleased wiith the staff and our room, and realise that being in the centre of a large town makes parking difficult, but the reason for booking the room was because we required an overnight stay and felt that £15 was excessive (we in fact parked next door but have never before had to pay extra for parking) and £16 each was over the top for breakfast (usually inclluded where we've stayed, or at most £10). We are pensioners and were attending a funeral and much as we would have liked to have parked with you and had breakfast before departing, we really couldn't afford it.
